Is my data stored on your servers?
No — your library, files, tags, and clients all live on your computer. We only store account info and any files you explicitly upload to the cloud.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Each plan allows a number of simultaneous device activations. Your tags, clients, settings, and uploaded files sync between devices.
How do I connect my email account?
In the desktop app, open Settings → Email & Integrations and choose Gmail or Outlook. The provider asks for your authorization once and the app sends through your address.
Email keeps asking me to reconnect — why?
Email providers expire authorizations periodically, especially after password changes or new sign-ins elsewhere. Reconnect when prompted. If it keeps happening within a session, sign out of the email account on other devices and reconnect once cleanly.
A file I imported went missing — how do I fix it?
The file was likely moved, renamed, or deleted outside the app. Right-click the file in your library and choose Find or Relink to point at the new location. If it is gone for good, remove it from your library to clean up.
I forgot my password
Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from the Account page under Manage Billing. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your local library, files, tags, and clients all stay on your computer untouched. Files in cloud storage remain accessible during your billing period and are removed shortly after — we will email you before any cloud data is deleted.
